All our items are handmade to order, which means we need a little time to prepare your earrings with care.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship via Correos España (national postal service)
There are two shipping options available: Standard and Certified. If you want your order to have a tracking number and information about the shipping status, please select the 'Certified' option.
🎁 Packaging
Each pair of earrings is carefully packaged in a small protective plastic box.
We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible to reduce waste.
🚫 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
🕐 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at [your email address].
We’ll do our best to help locate your package or arrange a suitable solution.
📬 Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
